Returns & exchanges

 

We want you to absolutely love your jewelry! If for any reason you don’t, we accept returns and exchanges free of charge for a full year from your purchase date.

To start a return or exchange, please can contact us and we will send a prepaid return shipping label and packaging instructions. 

Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and are processing your exchange (please note that we process exchanges twice per week, so it may take a day or two after your exchange is received before we contact you). We will provide you with an estimated shipping date for the new new item(s). You are also welcome to place a new order and return the original item(s) for a refund. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and are processing your return (please note that we process returns twice per week, so it may take a day or two after your return is received before we contact you). Refunds will be issued immediately (though it may take your bank or credit card company several days to process and post the refund). 

Damages and issues
Please let us know immediately if there appears to be any damage or you receive the wrong item so we can work out the best way to make it right. an make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We love making custom sizes, but in some circumstances they are not eligible for return or exchange. If this is the case, you will be notified before the order is fulfilled.
